Hummer – When talking about big American cars, the Hummer is probably the first thing that comes to mind. It is obnoxiously big. There’s an arrogance about the Hummer that no other car ever comes close to. Why would you ever need a car of this size? Well, why not? That fierce grill has achieved iconic status, and Hummer have even manufactured a limo version.
GMC Yukon – GMC have long created solid American pickup trucks to rival Ford. We love their classic designs, but it’s their 4×4 model that makes our list today. It’s perhaps the biggest commercial SUV on the market; you certainly see this one coming! Stepping into the cabin feels almost like stepping into the cockpit of a plane. It’s simply enormous in there. The car is chunky, robust, and sturdy. Just how we like it.
Ford Mustang – The Ford Mustang is a legendary car. It really is. That giant nose design has been copied and ripped off every year since its inception. The real reason for this stunning grill design is that the engine simply wouldn’t fit in otherwise. When your engine is so big you have to extend the nose, you’re onto a winner. The Mustang is the original American muscle car. It inspired a generation of others, and fully deserves its place on the list.
Dodge Ram – Back in the world of pickup trucks, the Dodge Ram is stand-out choice. It has the fattest grill of any pickup on the market. It’s not quite as slick as the Ford pickup, but it has the sheer size advantage. Dodge have released a series of fantastic models over the years.
